This is pretty rough. I admit I've not seen these kind of clip art items before. Is she holding a basketball? This is just the image attached, the PSD isn't great quality but doesn't feature the kind of tearing the edge of the image has in the other file formats.

Another really great piece of art. Sometimes I know where I want to use something before I buy it. In this case I bought this just becuase I liked it a lot. The file format is PDF, which is fine if I am going to use this for personal use only (I think I want to print it out as part of a character folio) but for publishing my own works I would prefer TIFF or PSD files.
