Ars Gladiatoria is a game of strategy and storytelling, mixing board and role playing games, for 3 to 6 players. There’s no need of a Game Master, and being competitive in its nature, each player will create his gladiator to face the other players in a race to a slaughter with only one winner.

Ars Gladiatoria is a modular game, and can be approached as a role playing game, taking a couple of sessions to tell all your gladiators’ race to glory in an attempt to dominate over the others, or it can be played as a board game, choosing your champion between the 10 available archetypes, and one scenario.

This edition of Ars Gladiatoria is built on the second italian edition, and has been revised and fixed for an even more clear and fluid text, new gladiatorial arts, new combat secrets and new Gods of the arena have been added to be deployed, all of this in an optimized version to be checked on the fly, the text is laid out to be read and played directly at the table.
